We can not deny that Automation has become a considerable part of ourdaily lives and has been one of the in-demand advancements that we alllook up to. Still, it does consist of specific severe warnings about the futureof jobs that humans have currently done. The one good news is that itwould replace not all jobs. However, occupations that need repetitive andpredictable tasks such as logistics, administration, and transportation mayget endangered because of Automation/AI. About ten years back, Robots and their indulgence in the market werenegligible, and they never imagined their control over jobs. Now, the tableshave turned, thanks to deep learning, machine learning, research on neuralnetworks, etc. AI has come a long way from self-driving cars to deliveringpackages through drones. While looking at these jobs being quicklyreplaced by machines, it's much harder to visualize the future ofemployment. New technology brings new jobs. Maintaining and designingdevices are becoming a direct job and is supporting an entire Industry. Theindustry that is not technologically sound is directly or indirectly associatedwith the 'direct industries' in some way, shape, or form and paves the wayfor more jobs to be created. This is because machines are 100x more efficient than humans in laboriouswork. For example, It requires days for a school Teacher to teach 100essays, but for a machine, it is just minutes of work.Coming to other jobs AI creates could increase the demand for trainers.Those who can train you to make a model and teach you how it works.Also, vice-versa, they must prepare the AI system for how they shouldbehave when taking human instructions. LinkedIn said that AI skill demandincreased to 190 % between 2015 and 2017. The underlying automationtrend continues to provide ever more powerful, ever cheaper technology,creating even more opportunities for entrepreneurs and workers in ruraland urban India. Nowadays, the new jobs are first class and the first world and requireskilled jobs in education, healthcare, and an expanding range ofprofessional disciplines. Automation is not only limited to Developedcountries, but developing Nations are experiencing it too. Of course, we stillhave massive poverty and a skills acquisition challenge to tackle, butAutomation's net effect is positive. So we are trying to say that AI is taking away jobs. But, it is ruining itaway jobs that were difficult or strenuous to do in the first place. AI comeswith a massive army of programming, maintenance, and training that canhelp companies to hire professionals with relevant skills.
