Cloud engineer

  • Job Location: Andheri(E), Mumbai

Description:

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Engineer to join our IT team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our cloud-based infrastructure and applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud computing and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

 

Key Responsibility:

  • Design, implement, and maintain cloud-based infrastructure and applications
  • Automate and streamline the deployment and management of cloud resources
  • Monitor and optimize the performance and availability of cloud-based systems and applications
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure the successful deployment and operation of new releases
  • Stay current with new developments in cloud computing and related technologies
  • Participate in on-call rotation for critical systems and applications

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of hands-on experience in cloud engineering
  • Strong knowledge of cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, etc.)
  • Experience with automation tools (Ansible, Puppet, Chef, Terraform, etc.)
  • Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, etc.)
  • Knowledge of network protocols and technologies (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.)
  • Strong scripting skills in Python, Ruby, or similar language
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues independently
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
