DevOps engineer

  • Job Location: Andheri(E), Mumbai

Description:

We are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to join our growing IT team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our infrastructure and processes to support our software development life cycle. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both development and operations and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibility:

  • Design, implement, and maintain infrastructure and processes to support our software development life cycle
  • Automate and streamline build, deployment, and testing processes
  • Implement and maintain continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) pipelines
  • Monitor and optimize the performance and availability of our systems and applications
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure the successful deployment and operation of new releases
  • Stay current with new developments in DevOps and cloud computing technologies
  • Participate in on-call rotation for critical systems and applications

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of hands-on experience in DevOps engineering
  • Strong knowledge of cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, etc.)
  • Experience with automation tools (Ansible, Puppet, Chef, Terraform, etc.)
  • Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, etc.)
  • Knowledge of network protocols and technologies (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.)
  • Strong scripting skills in Python, Ruby, or similar language
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues independently
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
